The Jury presided by Mr Mondher Khanfir, Managing Director at WIKI Startup, was composed of:

Those three startup will benefit from an internet site setup by our associate sponsor SWIB, with maintenance offered for 6 months. The number 1 project will also receive 3 month advisory services by WIKI Startup.

We are also setting up for the top six projects a mentoring team by AIESEC Alumni International, that will be available online (This team will provide free monthly advisory support for a period of one year as to Marketing, Finance and Team management).

The 13 projects who entered the challenge will receive support by AIESEC Alumni International startup team to upgrade their business plan in the next three months. We will follow up on this blog as to progress made by each startup.

Mrs Ouided BOUCHAMAOUI is the President of UTICA (Union Tunisienne de l’Industrie, du Commerce et de l’Artisanat).

Prior to Genesis, Kais was Sales & Business Manager for the Middle East and Africa region at Tandberg Data, which was his very first client as a Business Planning consultant, responsible for day to day sales and marketing efforts for the company across his territory.

Before his tenure at Tandberg Data, Kais was the Digital Marketing Manager of Microsoft Gulf leading the development/implementation of its online Infrastructure as well as the digital assets and vendors management. Prior to joining the Microsoft Marketing team, Kais coordinated the CSR efforts in the region between Microsoft, Governments and private companies.

Kais has an intense Community Development and international project management background having led Strategic Development Initiatives, related ICT for Development and Youth Entrepreneurship Programs, in the non-corporate world in more than 50 countries, across Europe and North Africa, for many years prior to joining Microsoft.

In a confidential meeting, each startup will have 5 minutes for pitching in a very professional manner its business plan (either in French or in English). Then they will answer questions from the jury of professional investors (DIVA SICAR, UGFS and Carthage Business Angels as well as international business angels) for 10 minutes. The Jury will be presided by Mr Mondher KHANFIR, Program Coordinator at Carthage Business Angels, co-founder and CEO at WIKI Startup SA.
